Product Warranty

Bearmom Limited Warranty covers your Bearmom Breast pump / Sterilizer / Bwarmer / Mini Food Processor against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of original purchase.
The warranty is only valid for units bought from Bearmom Sdn Bhd in Malaysia only.
The warranty is not valid for units that are bought from overseas or unauthorized resellers.
The warranty is available to the customer named overleaf. It is not transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Use other than in accordance with the instruction manual
- An unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modifications
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident howsoever caused
- Rough handling
- Overflowing of liquid (water/milk entry) into motor
Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase. If Bearmom decides to provide a replacement, any replacement will not extend the life of this warranty.
To activate your warranty protection, please complete warranty registration on the above form within 7 days of the date original purchase. Serial number is available on product package. Please keep your package and serial number for future use.
Only Bearmom Technicians are authorized to inspect and repair Bearmom products.
These products are intended for single use.
